About product
The QD-3080 paper and board internal bonding strength tester is mainly used to test the Z-direction tensile strength of paper and board (i.e. interlayer bonding strength). It reflects the ability of paper and board to resist interlayer separation, i.e. the internal bonding strength of paper and board.
Internal bonding strength can be fully controlled, which is very important for processing multilayer paper and cardboard. If the internal bonding value is low or unevenly distributed, it may cause problems when the paper and cardboard are laid flat in a offset press using adhesive ink. If the bonding strength value is too high, it will make the processing difficult and increase the company's cost.
The test is widely used in the printing and packaging industry of multi-layered paperboard such as carton, white cardboard, gray board paper, white card paper.
