The obtained handsheets can be pressed and dried by our QD‑3123 Handsheet Press, then used for physical strength tests of paper samples. It helps to evaluate pulp raw material performance and verify beating process parameters. All technical specifications comply with Chinese standards for papermaking physical‑testing instruments

1.YQD-3112A Handsheet Former features simple structure, small footprint and flexible mobility.
2.Water filling is controlled by solenoid valve. Two pulp homogenizing modes are available: bubble homogenization by compressed air from air compressor, or manual homogenization with the supplied porous agitator.
3.After homogenization, open the drain valve. Water drains by gravity to form uniform handsheets.
