About product
Our YQD-3112B Handsheet Former is designed for research and laboratory tests in papermaking research institutes and paper mills. It is a lab instrument for manual handsheet forming and rapid vacuum drying.
After cooking, beating and screening of plant fiber, mineral fiber and other fibers, the pulp is disintegrated according to standard procedures and poured into the forming cylinder. After stirring, rapid vacuum filtration forms wet handsheets, which are then heated and vacuum dried on this machine to obtain standard samples for subsequent physical property tests.
Integrating vacuum filtration forming and vacuum drying with full electric control, this instrument supports forming and drying of ultra fine fiber, nano fiber and extra thick handsheets.
Its technical specifications comply with Chinese standards for papermaking physical testing instruments. Reference Standard: GB/T 24324 2009 Pulp Preparation of laboratory sheets for physical testing Conventional handsheet former method.
Working Principle Under vacuum condition, handsheets are formed from pulp suspension on metal wire screen. After pressing, the wet sheets are dried under specified conditions to produce standard test ready paper samples.
