This instrument is manufactured in accordance with the technical parameters and requirements specified in QB/T 1662 Klemm Absorptiveness Tester and GB/T 461.1-2002 Paper and board — Determination of capillary rise (Klemm method).
It is used to test the capillary rise of unsized paper and paperboard.Working principle: A test specimen is hung vertically with its lower end immersed in water. The capillary rise height is measured after a specified period of time.
