1.Ink distribution speed can be switched between automatic and manual modes to accommodate different operating habits and special working conditions.
2.The traversing function supports centered stationary soft-start mode, which reduces uneven color drawdown and ink splashing, and improves color matching accuracy.
3.Fourstage timing setting for ink distribution (0–200 seconds for each stage). Multiple ink distribution modes are configurable: centered stationary traversing, intermittent contact, fixed contact and automatic variable speed for higher precision and better user-friendliness.
4.Automatic ink distribution pressure: automatically adjusted to compensate for rubber roller wear or dimensional differences between new and used rollers.
5.Automatic color drawdown pressure: automatically adjusted according to substrate thickness within the range of -1 ~ +1 mm for enhanced accuracy and convenience.
6.Color drawdown effect: Equipped with a 10 mm secondary light-color comparison zone, enabling accurate visual differentiation between two ink samples.
7.Cleaning: Automatic cleaning with powered rubber rollers. Simply apply a small amount of cleaning solvent; ink dissolves while rollers rotate. Wipe with rag to finish cleaning, saving cleaning materials and labor time during long-term operation.
