Xenon Test Chamber simulates the full sunlight spectrum to reproduce damaging light waves existing under different environments, providing corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control. The Xenon Arc Weathering Test Chamber can be used for the selection of new materials, modification of existing materials, or evaluation of durability changes after material composition alterations, effectively simulating the changes that materials undergo when exposed to sunlight under different environmental conditions.
By exposing material specimens to light and thermal radiation from a xenon arc lamp for aging tests, it evaluates the light resistance and weatherability of certain materials under high-temperature light sources. It is mainly used for automotive, coatings, rubber, plastics, pigments, adhesives, textiles, etc.

1. Ventilation Cooling Device: The test chamber temperature ventilation cooling system is automatically controlled by the temperature controller, with cooling achieved through the refrigeration system inside the chamber.
2. Black Panel Thermometer (BPT): A black standard thermometer (BST) is installed on the specimen rack. The black standard thermometer control adopts wired transmission technology, effectively improving control accuracy.
3. Sensor: Uses optical fiber transmission to measure the xenon lamp radiation intensity, avoiding measurement errors caused by temperature factors.

2.Control System:
(1)Temperature control utilizes PLC programs and adaptive temperature control technology independently developed by the company;
(2)Blackbody temperature, ambient air temperature, irradiance intensity, water spraying duration, spray interruption time, cumulative data, irradiation energy, and test cycle count are all directly configurable and displayable;
(3)Microcomputer-based intelligent control automatically adjusts heating power and displays status after temperature setting, ensuring precise and stable temperature regulation. The system triggers over-temperature alarm and automatically cuts off power for SUS304 stainless steel powder spraying.
