＞＞＞Introduction
About product
Model YQD‑3110 Hydrapulper is designed for disintegrating virgin pulp and recycled pulp under high‑consistency conditions. It serves as an effective tool for evaluating recycled‑pulp processes, chemical additives and pulp quality. The pulp tank and machine table are fully made of stainless steel. The motor adopts stepless speed regulation with digital speed display, and the pulping time is adjustable.
This is a high‑consistency hydrapulper dedicated for papermaking laboratories. For waste‑paper recycling, it is used for thorough disintegration of waste‑paper samples.
Working Principle:
After startup, the rotor rotates at high speed inside the tank and drives pulp to rotate. A baffle inside the tank obstructs pulp circulation, generating intense turbulent flow and strong friction. The paper stock is disintegrated in water, and fibers are fully separated from each other.
