The QD-3001C Compression Testing Machine is a multi-functional equipment for compressive quality inspection of materials. It is mainly used for compressive and bending strength tests of cartons, plastic bottles, paper tubes, paper angle protectors and other products.
Featuring high control accuracy and advanced R&D technology, this instrument is a general-purpose compression testing machine with outstanding cost performance in China. It supports multiple test items, including compressive strength, stacking strength, compression and bending tests for paper tubes and paper angle protectors, as well as fixed-distance & fixed-force testing.
It is equipped with a data processing function to directly generate statistical results of all test data. Optional dedicated programmable control software is available for connection with a computer to realize PC control. Additionally, it comes with automatic reset and fault diagnosis functions, ensuring easy operation.

This instrument is a multifunctional main unit. Users can separately order corresponding accessories according to actual needs to perform various strength tests on base paper and corrugated board, as well as flat crush strength tests of paper tube cores. Adopting microcomputer control technology, it is equipped with statistical processing functions for test data and supports printout output.
1.Multifunctional Measurement
Equipped with a high-precision pressure sensor, the instrument can test the compressive strength and stacking strength of cartons, perform fixed-value testing, and also measure the flat crush strength of paper tube cores.
2.High-speed Return
Driven by an imported stepping motor, the pressure platen automatically returns to the starting position at high speed after measurement is completed, greatly improving working efficiency.
3.Thermal Micro Printer
Adopting a Japan-imported thermal printer core, no ribbon is required. It eliminates the trouble of replacing ribbons and refilling ink, greatly reducing failure rate and realizing high-speed and low-noise printing.
4.Operation & Display Interface
Fitted with a high-definition color LCD touch screen display module, it supports two display modes: digital display and curve display, which can be switched at any time. Adopting a dialogue-style interface with no physical buttons required, all operations are completed by direct screen touch. The user-friendly human-machine interface makes operation more humanized and straightforward.
5.Multiple Protection Functions
The instrument is designed with multiple protection mechanisms, including limit protection, over-range measurement protection, and motor stall & over-current protection, ensuring safer, more stable and reliable operation.
