1.All core components of the machine adopt high grade parts. The complete machine undergoes rigorous and standardized assembly and commissioning, and completes 72 hour continuous load running test in a constant temperature room at 24℃.
2.Grade 00 granite base, pillar and worktable are applied. The reference surface keeps free from deformation in long term operation, ensuring superior stability of the mechanical system.
3.High precision imported sliding guide rails are equipped to guarantee excellent mechanical accuracy of the instrument.
4.Three axis servo motors together with imported ball screws control table movement stably and reliably.
5.Both 5 ring 8 zone annular surface light and contour light adopt continuously adjustable LED cold light source, which prevents thermal deformation of measured workpieces and features long service life.
6.Automatic measurement tasks can be configured for fast and efficient batch part inspection.
7.Z axis height measurement is available.
