INQUIRY
The IGT printing suitability tester is equivalent to a small printing machine, and can be used for printing suitability tests such as surface strength and printing smoothness, roughness, ink absorption, ink transfer, printing density (requires special accessories). It can be used for paper mills, printing plants, ink plants and other printing adaptability tests on printing materials such as paper and ink.

In the process of printed matter printing, high-quality paper, ink, and three process factors (ink thickness, printing pressure, and printing speed) are important conditions for ensuring the quality of printed products.

This instrument is designed according to the specific requirements of three variable, independent process elements. Ink thickness: Accurate ink film thickness can be obtained through the printer, ink suction tube, ink distribution area, and control of the amount of ink injected and the ink time of the printing plate.

Printing pressure: In the case of a standard pad, using a lever pressurizing mechanism (see the schematic diagram of the pendulum drive), the printing disc D generates a certain pressure relative to the printing sector C under the pulling force of the spring E, and the spring E The pulling force, that is, the pressure of the printing plate on the sector can be read on the scale. The pressure value can be adjusted to the required value and maintain the reproducibility of the pressure.

Printing speed: The pendulum speed of this instrument is realized by free fall pendulum A, and the acceleration is obtained. If the pendulum A is rotated by hand, an approximately constant speed can be obtained; when a spring accelerator is replaced (see the spring accelerator schematic), different accelerations can be obtained.

The measuring instrument is a small printing machine (see the schematic diagram of the structure), the printing plate (8) replaces the printing plate, and the printing plate is inked on the inking machine (see Chapter 4 for the schematic diagram of the structure). The sector (5) is covered with a cushion. The pendulum (1) is coaxially connected with the sector (5). At constant speed, you can turn the pendulum (1) by hand; when accelerating, use the method of freely dropping the pendulum. At this time, the speed is increasing, and the maximum speed is 125cm / s. If higher speeds are required, use spring accelerators (see Chapter 2).

Fourth, working conditions and installation

This instrument should work in the following environments:
1. It should be installed in a dust-free and clean room;
2. The instrument can work normally at room temperature of 20 ± 10 ℃; if you want to obtain the ideal tensile test results, please refer to GB / T2679 · 16-1997 "Determination of paper and board printing surface strength (pendulum or spring acceleration method)" The measurement is performed under prescribed constant temperature and humidity conditions.
3. The instrument should be placed on a stable horizontal workbench with an oil-resistant rubber plate on the worktop.
