The YQD-3118 type 23-liter Vally pulper (Valley pulper) is an international standard equipment for papermaking laboratories and an essential tool for researching pulp and papermaking processes. This machine, through the mechanical forces generated by the flying knife roller and the bottom knife, cuts, crushes, kneads, splits, moistens, and refines various fiber slurries. By adjusting the pressure on the bottom knife and the pulping time, different degrees of pulp consistancy can be achieved. The Vally pulper is widely used in pulping tests for various plant fibers, synthetic fibers, carbon fibers, and glass fibers. It is indispensable for paper production testing, quality control, process formulation, and teaching and research experiments in the paper industry
