Instructions:

3. Program:

Judgment result: If the measured sharp object is inserted into the measuring groove for 0.5mm or more, and the indicator light is shining, and the aforementioned tip still maintains its original shape after being subjected to 4.5N, then the aforementioned tip can be regarded as a sharp tip.
Operation steps: Sharp point tester
1. Fix the sample so that it does not move during the test;
2. Adjust the test cap, loosen the locking ring, and move it long enough toward the indicator light to expose the calibration reference mark on the cylinder. Turn the measurement cover clockwise until the indicator light turns on, and then opposite it to make the measurement. The lid is moved past the calibration reference mark 5 divisions, and the locking ring is rotated until it is close to the test cap. Insert the measuring port from various directions and apply a force of 4.5N. The indicator light is regarded as a sharp point
